long-term satisfaction at heart. Plus it shows our confidence in producing a quality product. That is why new Dynatherm Boilers are backed with a Limited-Lifetime warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty on all new boilers
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Dynatherm Boiler Manufacturing, PA, hereby extends
the following Limited Lifetime Warranties to the original owner of a new residential grade water boiler
manufactured and shipped on or after March 1, 1996:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the fabricated heat exchanger, and the welded
components thereof; specifically, the front and rear tube sheets, boiler shell, combustion tube, third pass
heat transfer chamber, coil flange, and such fittings as are welded to the heat exchanger.
Equipment and other parts such as burners, controls, coils and other accessories furnished by Dynatherm
but manufactured by others shall be limited to the extent of the individual manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Performance and liability of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at
the manufacturer's sole discretion, of defective heat exchanger or components thereof, or of any other
components covered in this warranty. There is no other warranty expressed or implied.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions: (1) the boiler must have been installed by a heating
contractor whose principle occupation includes the sale and installation of hydronic heating equipment,
(2) the installation, maintenance and repair were performed in strict compliance with Dynatherm installation
manuals and within the basic BOCA Building Code and local statutes or ordinances, whichever shall be more restrictive, (3) the boiler must have been operated within its rated capacity, and must be used exclusively
for space and domestic water heating, (4) the boiler must use the fuel for which it was designed and
equipped, (5) the boiler should be inspected annually by a qualified heating contractor.
This warranty does NOT cover: (1) the workmanship of any installer of Dynatherm boilers. This warranty
does not assume any liability of any nature for unsatisfactory performance caused by improper installation,
(2) expenses for removal or reinstallation of removing and reinstalling the defective part or its replacement
and all labor and material connected therewith, (3) failure of the heat exchanger or other components due to any other reason including, but not limited to (a) lack of water, (b) freezing, (c) floods, (d) fire, (e) acts of God,
(f) negligent or improper operation maintenance or installation, (g) corrosion of tubes or plates (such as
oxygen attack), (h) leaky gaskets, or (i) improper water conditioning.
THIS WARRANTY AS PROVIDED HEREIN AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, AND WHERE
EXPRESSLY STATED, IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
BUYER AND MANUFACTURER AGREE THAT THE BUYERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY
IS AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
If warranty service is required, notify the contractor or seller who installed your boiler. In the event the
contractor or seller who installed your boiler is no longer in business, please contact Dynatherm Boiler Manufacturing directly.
