Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q) Where do we get replacement parts for the original Dynatherm burner?

A) From 1937 to 1974, Dynatherm manufactured its own non-retention head burner. All replacement gaskets, electrodes, and castings are available for this burner. Call us to find a local dealer in your area. If the parts are not in your dealer's stock, in most cases we can have them shipped from our plant the same day as ordered.

Q) My oil company said my burner is shot and I need to replace the complete unit! Do we have any options?

A)YES, you have several options. One cost effective option you may choose is to replace your existing burner with our burner renewal package. Or you may replace the combustion head with a new Front Head and Burner replacement kit.  Should you feel more comfortable with replacing your boiler, we offer a complete heat exchanger trade-in program with the purchase of a new Dynatherm Boiler. Regardless of which option you decide on, we can guarantee you efficiencies that will compete and, in most cases, exceed the best of our competitors.

Q) Where do we get set-up specs for our boiler?

A) First, the boiler has to be identified. If the identification plate is not on the boiler and your specific boiler information is not in your installation manual, please give us a call or email us. To expedite identification, we will need the length of the cabinet covering the boiler from front to rear and the present nozzle size used to fire your unit. These two points of information should allow us to give you the firing specs on your Dynatherm.

Q) Where can I buy a new Dynatherm?

A) We sell direct to dealers and independent contractors. Contact us for a dealer nearest you.

Q) I have interest in your product and would like to become a Dynatherm Dealer.

A) With the necessity for efficiency and with all the uncertainty of increasing prices on oil and gas, we have had a considerable interest in our product and growth in our dealer network. To become a dealer please contact Kerry Moyer at (215) 536-4078 or email us at kerry@dynathermboiler.com.

Q) Can Dynatherm fire with gas or propane?

A) YES, our FP series has been tested successfully with Carlin and Riello, and have been operating efficiently in the field for several years.

Q) I had a FP Dynatherm installed in 1965. I loved the boiler and I am very disappointed in my new competitive 1-season old boiler. Per our phone conversation, I am convinced that my oil company purposely told me the Dynatherm was old and needed to be replaced. After our conversation, I found out from the company's installer that there was an installer's promotion for the installation of their boiler, the boiler that is now in my house. What can I do?

A) Sorry, but as discussed in our phone conversation there is nothing that I can do about the competitor’s boiler. I suggest that you contact your installer and tell them of your dissatisfaction. Should you want to change back to a Dynatherm, maybe I can make it work!

Q) I was told you buy used Dynatherm burner parts. Is this so?

A) YES, we recycle/remanufacture burner parts. These are specific parts. Please call Kerry for our reman purchase program at (215) 536-4078.

Q) I currently have a pellet stove and am looking for options. Do you have a distributor in Vermont?

A) We are looking for dealerships in your area.  In this case, should you have an installer that you are confident in, I will consider selling direct to you.
